I have been a real estate agent for Aspen Leaf Realty for over 12 years and have helped Aspen Leaf build the good name that is has. I absolutely love working with people and helping them find just the right home to make their dreams come true in Sanpete County, Utah. I work with a lot of Sellers too and put out the advertising and work the hours to get their properties sold. As a real estate agent, I work very hard and long hours to meet the needs of the people I work with. I have made many friends and so many come back to see me and I love knowing that they are happy and glad for the help I gave them. I have a marvelous husband that supports me and understands the long hours that I have to work in to meet the needs of the people I work with, 5 children and 13 grandchildren. If ever the need is there, my family will always come first but my second love is helping people find their real estate needs. I believe in being there for people and being fair in my dealings.

In 1996 my hubby and I came to Sanpete to visit friends. Low and behold we found a Seller willing to carry a Contract with minimal amount down on a lovely recreational lot. The Seller took the time to walk property corners and spent several days with us until we found ONE piece of property that worked for us. What an extraordinary opportunity to have a dream come true for us! We have Four Children, 16 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, the same husband! (Some things are miracles). We moved to Mt Pleasant in 2003. I got my Real Estate License in 2004 and began the journey of walking property corners! Looking back at my experience in 1996, I aspire to remember it is YOUR investment and how important your dream is. I’ll do my best to help you achieve your dream. My other dream is to bring life to a canvas. I love to paint with oils, china paint and ceramic. I believe it is important to keep some kind of balance in my life and make sure the dreams are always jumping out and taking form. I’ll work really hard for you if you decide to use me as your Buyer or Seller Agent. Thanks for letting me share with you. -- Joy

I received my Real Estate License in August of 2008. I chose to work for Aspen Leaf Realty because of the friendly staff. I have lived and worked in Sanpete County all my life I am very familiar with the county from the north to the south. I have 22 years experience working for the Federal Government which has given me a great knowledge of Federal policy. I am the Secretary of Pleasant Creek Highland Irrigation Company and have the knowledge needed to assist in water transfers. I look forward to meeting new people and helping with their real estate needs.

I have been a Real Estate Agent for over 5 years and in early 2009 became the Associate Broker for Aspen Leaf Realty. I decided to become a Real Estate Agent because I love meeting and working with people. There is no way to describe the feeling you get from helping people find that one perfect home or selling the home your family has out grown so you can move to the one you have always dreamed of. I pride myself on going the extra mile, helping buyers find exactly what they are looking for when making one of the biggest investments of their lives. Specializing in getting sellers the best possible price in the shortest amount of time while building trust and a long lasting relationship. Being there every step of the way and being available whenever you need me is part of what makes this possible. Being a Real Estate Agent is what I am, becoming a friend is what I do.

I have lived in Utah my whole life, I was raised in Ephraim, Utah and have lived in Fairview now for the last 6 years. I now know my way around both North and South Sanpete. I have been working with Aspen Leaf Realty since 2004. I love working with such great people. I chose to be a Real Estate Agent because I love working with people. I love meeting and making new friends all the time, I love being able to help someone find just the house they have been looking for or to sell the one they have at a good, fair price. Or to find the best property so they can build their dream home. Doing this and seeing them smile is what being an Agent is all about.
